This time we revisit the infamous lawsuit between the Internet Archive against various book publishers that threatens the preservation of the biggest archive of the Internet. While this is the complete fault of the Internet Archive, their continued appeals don't look to beneifical for fair use and preservation if they keep up the uphill battle against large publishers.
